Terms & Conditions

When do the competition conditions apply?

These terms and conditions apply to participation in the Dungeons & Dragons (the “Competition”), which is organized by LEGO House A / S,

LEGO House A / S (P-number: 1021673710) is a secondary name for the company KOLDINGVEJ 2.

By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms of the Competition. Registration must be in accordance with the terms and conditions to be valid.

Who can participate?

Registration is open to participants from the age of at least 18 years, worldwide, except as may be prohibited by law. Persons under the age of 18 must have permission from their parents or guardian before they can participate in the Competition. LEGO House may require documentation of this permit upon prior request. Employees (and their families) of LEGO House and their subsidiaries, agents, affiliates, representatives and others who assist with the Competition may not participate in the Competition.

How to participate?

You take part in the competition by commenting on the post on LEGO House’s international Instagram profile @legohouse and tell us what your wizard’s name would be? There is no limit to the number of times you can enter the competition, but only four winners will be selected.

How long is the competition period?

The competition starts on Saturday 6 April at 10.00 am CET and ends on Friday 10 April at 12:00 am CET. Entries received after the end of the competition period are not valid.

What can you win?

There is four grand prizes consisting of:

  • 21348 Dungeons & Dragons: Red Dragon's Tale

To a value of DKK 2799.

The prizes may not be exchanged, offered for sale or used in connection with any other competition or promotion, unless LEGO House has approved this. The prize may be transferred free of charge to others. It is not possible to receive a cash payment in lieu of the premium. The prize are tax-free.

LEGO House will endeavor to ensure that the prize is as described in these competition conditions. However, LEGO House reserves the right, without liability, to exchange for a prize of approximately similar nature and value if a prize (or parts thereof) is unavailable, for whatever reason.

How is the winner selected?

The prizes will be distributed by lottery on 10 April at 12.00 am CET.

The winner will be contacted directly via a message on Instagram immediately after the winner has been drawn. Here we will ask the winner to send the necessary information, including name, address and tele-phone number, which will be used to forward the prize. The winner will also be announced on the LEGO House Instagram page @LEGOHouse on 10 April, where we will confirm in a comment on the winner’s comment on the competition post on the Instagram page.

If a winner does not respond within 14 days of the end of the competition, LEGO House will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner again. If a winner is still unable, for whatever reason, to re-ceive the prize or does not apply for the prize to be awarded within 30 days of the first contact with the winner, LEGO House reserves the right to distribute the prize to another entrant in accordance with the same selection procedure as described in these competition conditions.

How is the prize delivered?

The prize will be sent by post within 7 working days after the winner has sent his information. The winner can also choose to pick up the prize in LEGO House within normal opening hours.

Can one be disqualified?

Unqualified, incomplete, inaccurate or fraudulent registrations will be disqualified. LEGO House also reserves the right to disqualify any person who in any way disrupts or commits illegal activities in relation to the Competition or these conditions of competition.

What responsibility does LEGO House have?

LEGO House assumes no responsibility for non-receipt of registrations due to post-delay, problems with technical conditions or connection or congestion of the Internet or any website, inaccurate in-formation provided as part of a registration or any loss, compensation or damage incurred due to technical problems or other factors, including deficiencies and delays in premiums.

LEGO House is at any time entitled to change, cancel, terminate, suspend or extend the competition without liability.

LEGO House also reserves the right to postpone the time of notification of the winners.

Other matters to be aware of?

The conditions of the competition and other matters related to the Competition are subject to Danish law and Danish courts.

The competition is not affiliated with Meta (who owns Instagram) and is not sponsored, supported or organized by Meta. Meta can at no time be held responsible for claims that may arise as a result of the competition.

Reservations are made for any typing and wording errors in notices related to the Competition and in these competition conditions.

Data protection

By entering the Competition, you agree that your personal information will be used for the purposes described in these official rules and in accordance with our Privacy Policy for Facebook and Instagram which you will find here.

LEGO House: Privacy policy pt. 1.12.

LEGO House is the data controller for the personal data processed when the competition is held.

In addition to the information listed in the privacy policy section 1.12, we also collect and process the following information in connection with the competition, if you are the winner

  • Comment
  • Profile name
  • Information about the winner (full name, address, telephone number and age of the kids participating in the trip)

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Implementation of the competition
  • Marketing on the listed social media

The processing of the personal data follows from our legitimate interest in marketing ourselves via Instagram and Facebook cf. GDPR art. 6(1)(f). The interests of the legitimate party are justified by the nature of the data in question and that the processing is informed and voluntary.

In terms of marketing law, the processing is based on your consent (your response to our post) to participate in the competition.

Only normal personal data is processed as stated above, and as stated in the privacy policy for Instagram and Facebook, and only the information you yourself have provided or published via your comment.

We do not pass on your personal data to other companies, but use data processors in the form of e.g. media agencies and IT providers.

In some cases, we may transfer your personal data to third countries. If your personal data is transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA, such transfer will take place on the following legal basis: Binding company rules, the country is approved as a so-called "safe" 3rd country or if the country is not approved as a "safe" 3. country, we transfer information on the basis of standard regulations adopted by the EU Commission or approved certification schemes.

The personal data submitted for the competition will be stored until you delete your post, or no later than 3 months after the end of the competition.

LEGO House does not perform any profiling based on your participation in the competition.
