LEGO® Masters Academy Edition Prize Competition – Terms & Conditions

Organizer The competition (the “Competition”) is organized by LEGO House A/S, Ole Kirks Vej 1, 7190 Billund, Denmark (CVR no. 44478145).

Eligibility Only paying guests of LEGO House who have attended one of the following LEGO Masters Academy classes may enter the Competition: Splash into the Bricks, Build Me Up or aROUND the Bricks We Go, regardless of their place of residence and nationality. Participation is permitted once the ticket/class has been purchased and the survey is completed. Participants must be 18+ or have parental/guardian consent. Employees of LEGO House, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their families are excluded.

Participation Entry requires: (1) attending a LEGO Masters Academy session, (2) completing the LEGO Masters Academy survey, and (3) filling out the Microsoft Forms entry shown on the survey thank-you page. Only one entry per person per completed survey. The Competition runs monthly from the 1st of each month until the last day of said month.

Prizes One LEGO® House Exclusive set (LEGO® House LEGO Fabuland Tribute 40506, approx. DKK 750). One winner will be picked per month (chosen between all session types). Prizes cannot be exchanged, sold, or redeemed for cash. Transfer is allowed free of charge. Prices are tax free.

Winner Selection & Delivery Winners will be selected electronically at random from all valid entries in the first week of the following month. Winners are notified by email within 14 days. Failure to respond within 30 days may result in reassignment of the prize. LEGO House covers delivery costs; travel for pickup is not covered. The winners will not be announced in public.

Disqualification Incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or unlawful entries may be disqualified.

Liability LEGO House is not responsible for technical issues, delays, or other circumstances reasonably beyond its control that affect participation or prize delivery. LEGO House may change or cancel the Competition if necessary and legitimate.

Governing Law These terms are governed by Danish law and courts. Participants can also contact the Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints (Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager) and the Danish Consumer Board of Appeal (Forbrugerklagenævnet) to have the case tried to the extent that the board is competent to try the dispute: https://naevneneshus.dk.

Processing of personal data If you choose to participate in the competition we will process your personal data in the following way:

We LEGO House A/S are the data controller. Data collected: session attended, name, email, and (for winners) delivery address. Data is only used for Competition participation and prize delivery. Data will not be used for marketing unless explicit consent is given via the signup form. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (contractual necessity). Data stored up to three months post-Competition. Data is not linked to survey responses. Data is only shared with processors (e.g., IT providers). Transfers outside the EU/EEA follow EU-approved safeguards. No profiling is carried out. Participants may withdraw signup at any time by contacting LEGO House.
