LEGO House season passes are sold via LEGOHouse.com. Alternatively, you can buy your season pass at the information desk in LEGO House - here, you will also be able to upgrade your day ticket to the season pass of your choosing!

Even though you have a season pass, you still need to book an entry ticket for you and your group on the day that you want to visit. If you book within your given validity period, your ticket is free of charge.

1. Select date of entry.
2. Select number of guests with a season pass.
3. Select number of guests without a season pass.
4. Proceed to check-out where you will be prompted to enter your season pass ID along with other key information.
5. Start looking forward to your visit to LEGO House!
6. On the day of your entry, at the LEGO House self-service kiosks you need to scan the QR code from your entry tickets - not your season pass.

The validity of your season pass depends on the type of season pass you have:

• Fun Pass: Valid from November through March the following year.
• Creativity Pass: Valid one year from your activation date, excluding July and August.
• Imagination Pass: Valid one year from your activation date.

You can visit on all opening days, although entry tickets are subject to regular availability. Please always check before your visit the LEGO House calendar for updated opening hours.

No, unfortunately not. With your season pass, you still need to book an entry ticket - free of charge in your given validity period - which is subject to availability. On sold-out days we cannot guarantee entry. We recommend booking well in advance, especially if you're planning to visit in the weekends or during holidays.

Yes, but you are not guaranteed entry. Regardless of which season pass you hold, to secure your spot, we recommend that you book your entry ticket online well in advance.

No. Your season pass is personal and may only be used by you. Your season pass cannot be transferred to or used by another person. Please note that our Play Agents in the house may check that your season pass belongs to you.

Yes! You may be asked to show your season pass to a LEGO House Play Agent at any time during your visit. The good news? Your season pass can be saved and stored in your phone's wallet.

No. Children under 13 years of age must always be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. This applies to all season pass types.
