Autumn holiday in Denmark: Visit LEGO House with your children
During the autumn holiday, it is ideal to experience something fun together as a family. Denmark's changeable autumn weather often makes indoor activities a great choice, allowing you to enjoy yourselves without worrying about cold and rain. If you are looking for an indoor play experience with hours of fun, entertainment, and quality family time, LEGO House is the perfect choice. Here, the whole family can create their own LEGO universes, test new ideas, play together in new ways, and see where imagination leads.
No matter where you are staying in Denmark, a day trip to LEGO® House is well worth the journey. We are open every day from 10 AM to 7 PM throughout the autumn holiday. This gives you plenty of time to let creativity flourish, explore every area, and immerse yourselves in play that grows throughout the day.
What is LEGO House?
LEGO House is an experience center filled with LEGO experiences for children, adults, LEGO fans, and curious minds of all ages. We feature four fun Experience Zones, each with its own theme, along with our History Collection, Masterpiece Gallery, and much more. What makes LEGO House special is that everyone can participate. There is no single "right" way to build. Instead, you are encouraged to experiment, think creatively, and discover what happens when small bricks come to life through imagination.

Explore the four Experience Zones at LEGO House
At LEGO House, you gain access to a unique venue filled with 25 million LEGO bricks and fun activities for both children and adults. Our four Experience Zones are designed to inspire you to play and learn in entirely new ways.

Red Zone
In the Red Zone, you can build whatever creations you imagine, big or small. Let your creativity run free and see what takes shape. Admire the impressive LEGO waterfall or visit the Creative Lab with its changing themes.

Yellow Zone
Build a creature, give it an emotion, scan it onto the screen, and watch it come to life. Or craft your own LEGO flowers and sea creatures. It is a sensory, playful zone where children can experiment with colors, shapes, emotions, and movement.
Every Experience Zone also features a DUPLO® area, allowing our youngest guests to test their building skills as well.
Dive into LEGO history or have food served by robots
Beyond the four Experience Zones, you can also enjoy various exhibits, play areas, and dining spots:
- Masterpiece Gallery: In the Masterpiece Gallery, you are greeted by three giant dinosaurs built using three distinct LEGO brick systems. Here, you can also admire impressive LEGO creations designed and displayed by passionate fans from around the world.
- History Collection: In the basement, explore the story behind the LEGO brick and discover how a vision from Billund grew into a global phenomenon that continues to inspire children and adults worldwide.
- The Roof Terraces: Need some fresh air and a break? Visit the nine roof terraces at LEGO House. These areas feature creative outdoor playgrounds where kids can climb, slide, and test their balance under the open sky.
- LEGO Square: Upon entering, you arrive at our open central plaza, accessible without a ticket. From here, you can explore the official LEGO Store, featuring exclusive sets unavailable anywhere else, and customize your own LEGO minifigures.
- MINI CHEF: A standout favorite is our MINI CHEF restaurant. Here, you build your order using LEGO bricks, after which our robots, Robert and Roberta, serve your meal. We recommend reserving a table at MINI CHEF well in advance to secure a spot.
- Café BRICKACCINO: BRICKACCINO is the ideal break spot for the family at LEGO House if you want a quick meal or a sweet treat. Enjoy coffee, ice cream, freshly made sandwiches, and delicious desserts.
Please note that both MINI CHEF and BRICKACCINO are located in the open central area and do not require an Experience Zone ticket.
