Closing period extended - tickets will be refunded
As a consequence of the COVID-19 situation, LEGO® House has extended its closing period. Depending on the development of the situation over the coming weeks and as soon as we assess, it again will be a safe experience to visit LEGO House, we’ll communicate a new opening date. Until then, we’ll continue to follow the authorities' recommendations. Our most important priority will always be the safety of our employees and guests.
All tickets purchased within the closing period will be refunded. Our team will return to do the reimbursement after Easter. The reimbursement will happen gradually – one date at the time. As the team will be very busy please expect that it may take up to 1 month for the amount to be available in your account.
All LEGO House Annual Passes are automatically extended by the number of days during the closing period, in order for you to still have the opportunity to have the world's best play date in LEGO House.
