Below you'll find the questions we're seeing the most in our inboxes at the moment.

Planning your visit

Most guests spend around three to four hours in the Experience Zones.

If you plan to have lunch, visit the LEGO Store, or join a session in LEGO Masters Academy, you may want to set aside more time. Many guests choose to spend half a day or longer at LEGO House.

We highly recommend booking both your tickets and a table at the MINI CHEF restaurant well in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

We can't guarantee ticket availability upon arrival.

It depends on what you would like to see.

You can visit LEGO Square (our main entrance area), the LEGO Store, MINI CHEF, BRICKACCINO, and the rooftop terraces without a ticket on all our opening days. If you'd like to visit the Experience Zones or the LEGO Masters Academy you can purchase tickets here.

No, you do not.

MINI CHEF is open to all guests. We strongly recommend booking a table in advance.

The LEGO Store is open to all guests during opening hours.

Yes.

With a valid ticket, you can go in and out of the Experience Zones throughout the day. In LEGO Masters Academy you're not able to exit and re-enter during the session.

The Experience Zones are where most guests spend their time. Each zone offers different ways to play and learn with LEGO bricks.

You can move between the zones freely and explore them in your own way.

LEGO Masters Academy offers guided building session where you learn new techniques and build together with one of our expert hosts

Sessions take place at set times and require a separate ticket.

Tickets

If you need to change your ticket please contact us and provide your booking number.

Changes are possible up to 48 hours before your visit, but is dependent on ticket type and is at the sole discretion of LEGO House.

MINI CHEF

All tables in MINI CHEF are made available online. If no tables are available for your desired date and time, you can add yourself to the online waiting list through Dinnerbooking.

Yes, we have an online waiting list. Please go to Dinnerbooking and you'll find the waiting list option when choosing your desired date.

LEGO House memories

If less than 29 days have passed since your LEGO House visit, we can possibly help you access your memories even without your wristband. Please send us an e-mail with your booking number and the name that was written on the lost wristband.

If you purchased your ticket online you can find your memory PIN in your booking confirmation e-mail. If you purchased your ticket at the Information Desk in LEGO House, you can find your memory PIN on the bottom of your receipt.

If more than 29 days have passed since your visit (counting from the day of your visit), your memories are unfortunately no longer accessible and has been permanently deleted.
