LEGO House season passes are sold at LEGOHouse.com. Alternatively, you can buy your season pass at the information desk in LEGO House - here, you will also be able to upgrade your day ticket to the season pass of your choosing!
Even though you have a season pass, you still need to book a ticket in advance.
You can book your tickets here. Make sure to follow these steps:
- Select date of visit and ensure it's within the validity period of your season pass.
- Select number of guests with a season pass.
- Select number of guests without a season pass, if you're bringing anyone along.
- Proceed to check-out where you will be prompted to enter your season pass ID along with other key information.
- Start looking forward to your visit to LEGO House!
All three season passes are active one year from the activation day. However, the validity of your season pass depends on the type of season pass you have:
- Fun Pass: Gives you access to LEGO House from November – March.
- Creativity Pass: Gives you access to LEGO House from activation date, excluding July and August.
- Imagination Pass: Gives you access to LEGO House 365 days from your activation date.
With your season pass, you still need to book a ticket to LEGO House. We can't guarantee entry unless you've booked your ticket in prior to your visit. We recommend booking well in advance, especially if you're planning to visit in the weekends or during holidays.
Yes, but you are not guaranteed entry. Regardless of which season pass you hold, to secure your spot, we recommend that you book your ticket to LEGO House online well in advance.
Your season pass is personal and may only be used by you. Your season pass cannot be transferred to or used by another person. Misuse may result in the pass being revoked.
You must always be able to show your season pass during your visit.
Children under 13 years of age must always be accompanied by an adult of at least 18 of aged. This applies to all season pass types.
