Pre-booked tickets
For tickets bought through www.LEGOHouse.com or www.LEGOHouse.dk we will send an e-mail to the e-mail address you provided during the online booking procedure. In this e-mail you will be able to download tickets for all the products you have purchased. This e-mail constitutes your proof of purchase and can be used for producing your personal wristbands at the ticketing machine in LEGO House. Also, if you have purchased a guided tour in LEGO House or entrance tickets to LEGOLAND Billund this e-mail also constitutes proof of such purchases. We take no responsibility should you not receive this e-mail due to junk or spam filtering
It is your responsibility to check the accuracy of the details on your e-mail confirmation to make certain that all details are correct.
Timed Tickets
You must book a date and an Entry Time at LEGO House. You will be given the opportunity to select an Entry Time (subject to availability) during the online, booking procedure and this Entry Time will be shown on your confirmation e-mail, ticket and your wristband. It is your responsibility to arrive in time for your Entry Time.
We recommend that you arrive in good time before your selected Entry Time.
From your selected Entry Time you have 30 minutes to enter LEGO House Experience Zones. Guests who miss their Entry Time are not guaranteed entry to the LEGO House and are not eligible for a refund. To the extent that there are available Entry Times on the same day the LEGO House staff can help to rebook.
Cancellation policy and change of reservation
Tickets to LEGO House and LEGOLAND purchased online are non-refundable. If you wish to change your Entry Time or date of visit, you must contact us by writing an e-mail to info@LEGOHouse.com or call +45 8282 0400 at least 48 hours before your Entry Time. The new visit date must be within 6 months from original date, since personal data will be deleted due to GDPR. All changes are depending on availability and not possible in connection with a special event.
LEGO House reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel events due to force majeure, without incurred liability for any resulting losses, damages or expenses. Force Majeure shall be understood as, but not limited to, war or threatening war, rebellion, disturbance, terrorist activity or threat of terrorism, labour conflict, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire, outbreak or imminent danger of outbreak of an international epidemic, quarantines and all similar events that can reasonably be said to be beyond LEGO House's control.
Wristbands
All persons above the age of two entering the LEGO House Experience Zones must have a valid wristband at all times. Failure to present a valid wristband may result in your removal from LEGO House Experience Zones.
Children (under 13 years of age) must be accompanied by an adult when in the Experience Zones.
Visit with an Annual Pass
Your Annual Pass is personal and can only be used by you. The Annual Pass will be revoked if misused (for instance by lending it to someone else). The Annual Pass for the LEGO employee is valid for oneself + one guest. It is important, that the LEGO employee is present in LEGO House when having booked for a guest. Annual Pass holders must always book online at www.LEGOHouse.com to ensure a slot. You must always bring your Annual Pass and be ready to present it when prompted by staff. Should you not be able to visit LEGO House with your booking remember to cancel your visit with the link received after booking. Children under 13 years must be accompanied by an adult. Children 13+ are allowed to enter on their own, but are not allowed to be responsible for other children.
Must be 18 years to be responsible for other children.
Access to LEGO House and LEGOLAND – Combi Tickets
For LEGO House you must book a date and possibly an Entry Time at LEGO House. You will be given the opportunity to select an Entry Time (subject to availability) during the online booking procedure, and this Entry Time will be shown on your confirmation e-mail, ticket and your wristband. It is your responsibility to arrive in time for your Entry Time.
From your selected Entry Time you have 30 minutes to enter LEGO House Experience Zones. Guests who miss their Entry Time are not guaranteed entry to the LEGO House and are not eligible for a refund. To the extent that there are available Entry Times on the same day the LEGO House staff can help to rebook. Your LEGOLAND ticket is valid any opening day in 2025 (notice closing days in LEGOLAND). With the ticket you can go directly in LEGOLAND and the tickets are valid for all rides, with the exception of The Traffic School.

Note that online tickets cannot be combined with any other discounts or special offers.
The online ticket must either be printed on standard white paper prior to the visit, or you can bring your smartphone or tablet to LEGOLAND, where you can scan the barcode/QR code directly from your phone at the entrance. Please note that, once a barcode/QR code on the ticket has been successfully scanned at the LEGOLAND entrance or in LEGO House, the ticket cannot be used again. You are responsible for any misuse of the online ticket, so please take necessary precautions. All prices are inclusive of 25% VAT. No liability will be accepted for printing errors or subsequent alterations to prices.
Exclusive for LEGOLAND: In the unlikely situation of the park reaching full capacity, LEGOLAND Billund reserves the right to close its gates. Closure due to full capacity is a safety precaution that is exercised in the public interest. Tickets purchased in advance, including season pass, do not guarantee admission to LEGOLAND Billund on a specific day. Admission to LEGOLAND Billund is on a first-come, first-served basis, and arrival early in the day is recommended. In the interests of safety, LEGOLAND also reserves the right to close attractions and shows without previous notice, and to ask guests to leave the park.
