The above consents do not give you any rights to royalties or any other form of compensation in a period from 2 years as of today.
We do not use photos, video, or sound recordings if they can be perceived as offensive for the depicted person or their relatives.
Your personal data
LEGO House A/S is data controller and processes your personal data on the basis of your consent cf. the General Data Protection Regulation art. 6. 1, a. We keep your personal data such as name, email, photos, video, and sound recordings recorded today as long as it is relevant to meet the purposes described above. However, no longer than 2 years from the date of the consent.
We use data processors for IT, hosting, and consultancy services. In some cases, we transfer data to third countries. If this happens, we make sure to have the necessary legal basis e.g. binding corporate rules, EU approved third country (adequacy decision) or EU standard contractual clauses.
LEGO System A/S may in some cases process your personal data in third countries. The transfers to LEGO System A/S are based on binding corporate rules cf. the General Data Protection Regulation art. 47. You can find more information here.
In connection with our use of social media your personal data may be transferred to third countries.
- Facebook/Instagram uses standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission as well as the European Commission’s decisions about an adequate level of protection regarding certain countries in relation to data transfer from EEA to USA and other countries. If you have consented to disclosure, your personal data will be disclosed to LEGO System A/S and LEGO Fonden who will become data controllers of the disclosed personal data. You will find their privacy policies here: LEGO System A/S and LEGO Foundation.
You have the right to request access, to correction, erasure, limitation, and to object to the processing of your personal data (photos, video-, and sound recordings) with certain statutory exceptions. You, furthermore, have the right to receive an electronic copy of your personal data.
