Newsletter competition - Terms and conditions

Subscribe to the newsletter as a condition

When you sign up for the LEGO® House newsletter, you agree to receive newsletters from LEGO House with information about new experiences and activities in LEGO House, promotional campaigns on admission and annual passes, competitions as well as offers and events in the restaurants in LEGO House. Furthermore, you will receive inspiring content for building and playing with LEGO bricks.

The newsletter may also contain news and offers from our business partners such as offers for combi tickets between LEGO House and a partner, but you will never be contacted directly by these companies, nor do we pass on your information to them.

You will be registered as a recipient of the newsletter once you have confirmed your subscription via the first email that we send to you. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of one of our news emails.

You must be 18 years old to sign up for the newsletter. If you have not yet turned 18, you can instead get one of your parents to sign up, so that you can enjoy the news together.

We look forward to sending you news, but we try to limit ourselves to approximately one email every 14 days.

Participation in competition

As mentioned, it is a requirement for participation in the competition that you sign up for the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, without this affecting your participation in the competition.

Every month we give away 5x2 tickets to LEGO House among all new subscribers of the LEGO House newsletter. The winners will be drawn among all new subscribers who have signed up for the newsletter in the previous month.

The competition runs from the first to the last day of each month. You must be at least 18 years old to enter the competition. You can only participate once and the competition is not conditional on purchase. The competition applies to all subscriptions to the newsletter without geographical delimitation.

If you are not interested in participating in the competition, you can always contact us.

How to participate

You participate by signing up for the LEGO House newsletter.

Draw of winners

Every month on the first weekday, we draw five random winners among all new newsletter subscribers in the previous month, each winning two tickets to LEGO House. The winners will be notified directly via the e-mail that is subscribed to the newsletter. We will contact the winner during the first week of the month.

If LEGO House is unable to contact a winner within 7 days or the winner does not wish to receive the tickets, LEGO House will draw another winner.

How to receive your prize

We ask the five winners to submit their information, including name, address and telephone number, after which we will send the prize by post. You can read more in our privacy policy about how we process your data.

The prize

Each prize consists of two entrance tickets to the Experience Zones in LEGO House. The individual tickets are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. The prize has an estimated value of up to DKK 598 in total. The prize does not include meals or transport to and from LEGO House in Billund, Denmark. The chance of winning depends on how many have signed up in that month.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash and is personal.

Other conditions of the competition

Employees of the LEGO Group, KIRKBI or LEGOLAND as well as members of their households may not participate.

Prizes may not be exchanged, offered for sale or used in connection with any other competition or promotion unless LEGO House has approved this. The prize may be transferred free of charge to others. It is not possible to receive a cash payment instead of the prize. The prizes are tax-free.

LEGO House assumes no responsibility for non-receipt of registrations due to postal delay, problems with technical conditions or connection or congestion of the Internet or any website, inaccurate information provided as part of a registration or any loss, compensation or damage incurred as a result of technical problems or other circumstances, including shortcomings and delays in prizes.

LEGO House is at any time entitled to change, cancel, terminate, suspend or extend the competition without liability.

The conditions of the competition and other matters related to the Competition are subject to Danish law and Danish courts.
