By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms of the Competition. Registration must be in accordance with the terms and conditions to be valid.
Who can participate?
Registration is open to participants from the age of at least 18 years, worldwide, except as may be prohibited by law. Persons under the age of 18 must have permission from their parents or guardian before they can participate in the Competition. LEGO House may require documentation of this permit upon prior request. Employees (and their families) of LEGO House and their subsidiaries, agents, affiliates, representatives and others who assist with the Competition may not participate in the Competition.
How to participate?
You enter the contest by commenting on the competition post on LEGO House Facebook or Instagram and telling us your favourite LEGO memory.
There is no limit to the number of times you can enter the competition, but only one winner will be drawn on each of the following LEGO House media (the Danish Facebook, the global Facebook, the Danish Instagram and the global Instagram) and the same person can only win one prize.
How long is the competition period?
The competition begins on Wednesday, August 10 at 02.00 pm and ends on August 15 at 10.00 am. Entries received after the end of the competition period are not valid.
What can you win?
There are four main prizes, which consist of a LEGO anniversary box "90 years of play" #11021 and 5 tickets to LEGO House. One main prize will be awarded to one winner of each of the four following LEGO House media - Danish and global Instagram as well as Danish and global Facebook.
Each prize has a total value of up to DKK 1,944. The chance of winning the prize depends on how many people participate in the competition.
The prize may not be exchanged, offered for sale or used in connection with any other competition or promotion unless LEGO House has approved this. The prize may be transferred free of charge to others. It is not possible to receive a cash payment in lieu of the premium. The prizes are tax-free.
LEGO House will endeavour to ensure that the prize is as described in these competition conditions. However, LEGO House reserves the right, without liability, to exchange for a prize of approximately similar nature and value if a prize (or parts thereof) is unavailable, for whatever reason.
How is the winner selected?
The prizes will be distributed by drawing lots on August 15 at 10.00 am.
The winners will be announced on Instagram and Facebook on August 15 with a comment on the winner's entry into the competition. The winners will also be notified in a direct message on the media from which they have been drawn as winners. Here we will ask the winners to send the necessary information, including name, address and phone number, which will be used to send the prize.
If a winner does not respond within 14 days of the end of the competition, LEGO House will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner again. If a winner is still unable, for whatever reason, to receive the prize or does not apply for the prize to be awarded within 30 days of the first contact with the winner, LEGO House reserves the right to distribute the prize to another entrant in accordance with the same selection procedure as described in these competition conditions.
How is the prize delivered?
The prize will be sent by post within 7 working days after the winner has sent his information. The winner can also choose to pick up the prize in LEGO House within normal opening hours.
Can one be disqualified?
Unqualified, incomplete, inaccurate or fraudulent registrations will be disqualified. LEGO House also reserves the right to disqualify any person who in any way disrupts or commits illegal activities in relation to the Competition or these conditions of competition.
What responsibility does LEGO House have?
LEGO House assumes no responsibility for non-receipt of registrations due to post-delay, problems with technical conditions or connection or congestion of the Internet or any website, inaccurate information provided as part of a registration or any loss, compensation or damage incurred due to technical problems or other factors, including deficiencies and delays in premiums.
